Harlem Late Night Jazzers, lt was awesome seeing so many of you at our opening late night weekend in our new venues Mist: Harlem's Premiere Entertainment Destination and The Historic Minton's Playhouse. So much fun was had watching HLNJazzers take in the new spaces and new HLNJers joining the mission. Young Lion, King Solomon Hicks brought us back at Mist with his grown and sexy blues band featuring: Isaiah Richardson Jr., Saxophone; Alex Tremblay, Bass; Ron Granger, Piano; and Norman Edwards Jr. (SpinKick), Drums. Saturday, The Master's Master, Bassist/Double Bassist Reggie Workman brought the weekend to a close with a mind-blowing SEXTET: Featuring Abraham Burton, Tenor Sax; Carlos Homs, Piano; Asaf Even Zur, Soprano Saxophone; Ronnie Burrage, Drums; and Frank Lacy, Trombone. See you next week when Lynette Washington and Phil Young are on deck!!

We happen to meet a great people there and started to chat with them and drink w/them too. I had a great time here, glad we found these Los Angeles event venues by accident. Will definitely come to this place again as anyone will make this a regular spot easily.
