Our mission is to keep late night jazz alive in its mecca…. Harlem NY.
HarlemLateNightJazz.com is bringing live late night Jazz, Blues and Soul back to Harlem by connecting the finest musicians with the finest late night clubs providing that unique feeling you can only get in Harlem late night. We bring together Jazz masters and today’s young lions preserving and recreating “the music” for future generations. We are where the heavy hitters meet to create. We are where the after party is!
Harlem, once the home of world famous late night clubs and speakeasies has lost many of its iconic clubs over the years including, Small’s Paradise, Clark Monroe’s Uptown House, The Sugar Cane Club, Jimmy’s Chicken Shack, and more recently, La Famille, St. Nicks Pubs, and Lenox Lounge.
HarlemLateNightJazz.com has partnered with:
Jazz Foundation of America, Saving Jazz and Blues...one musician at a time.
Keyed Up, is dedicated to one simple premise: we need more live jazz.
Harlem’s finest clubs and speakeasies to provide that authentic Harlem late night experiences… the real deal!
Our goals are straightforward:
*Provide gigs and freedom of expression for the world’s finest musicians…recreate a cultural renaissance.
* Provide an opportunity for new music and new artists to emerge.
* Connect the Generations—Bring together Jazz Masters and today’s Young Lions.
* Bring music back to the Harlem community….. with no cover charge!!
* Promote “the music” as a force for cultural understanding and world harmony.
Spread joy, love, and fun… Keep The Music Alive!!
